Google Toolbar Page Rank Explained
If you still don't have Google Toolbar download it here http://toolbar.google.com/
for those people who already have it: you will see a green bar in the middle of toolbar with upper text "PageRank". On the toolbar itself you can see only from 1-10 when in fact its much deeper than just 1 to 10 scale
